i juz came back frm shopping!!!! my long awaited shopping spree! haha. went if angelyn jeanette lynn and shi yun. sharlene and sheryl and yixuan dun wanna cum with us!!!! hmph. haiyo but today's shopping spree was still satisfactory! bought many many things! at first i walked round and round and round bugis v den nv see anything i like and every1 else bought smth oreadi lah. i was like "ahhh!!!! y i so not productive!!!!" and the nx thing i noe i was carrying big and small plastics bags. heez. im happy =))

things i bought today!
-a sleak and nice sling bag
-print tee frm fresh box
-ear studs
-blue glittery "belt"
-purple glittery "belt"

and i bought sugar roll and cury puff home for my family! wheee!!!. im gona buy that hula and co print tee i saw, im gona buy a nice handbag, im gona buy a smilar belt i saw at roxy. yeap! im excited! hahaha. oh ya! sharlene's gonna alter my skirt for me! haha wheee! i bet its gonna look brand new. wheee.... im glad today wasnt like ytd cos i was not productive ytd and spent my cash on alot of food and was made to go hm onli at 10.30 cos nobody was at home. hah. today's a better day!

im tired. but im happy.

okok. i noe i said i wun blog but haiyo. feel like blogging lah. chinese seems to be a monotonous practice everyday. and it is most likely gona be like that till chinese Os come. ok, i have a new goal. i know pple will say im flickle, but thats an understatement. haha. but anyway, ive decided that studying media overseas after my diploma will do me no good at all. local media industry wun want me since ive studied oversea's media industry's trend and overseas first class honours media students are everywhere on the streets. also, if i decide to stay overseas to work its juz wun work out since im not local and obviously the locals gain advantage. so i will seem like a stateless person stuck in between sri lanka and india. so ive decided. its getting clearer everyday that media field is the field i wanna enter but getting a course that will successfully get me into a field is definately more important. in a kiasu society like singapore, a A level cert will definately gain more advantage that a diploma if i want to enter a JC. tho by entering a JC i will not have basic knowledge of the media studies and industry, but wad to do, this is singapore. but if i enter a poly getting into a local U which most likely will be NTU cos its so far the onli institute i noe with a good and interesting mass com in all singapore Us. yes back to poly getting into NTU, i have to be like top 5% of the poly which if i divide all the faculty and courses its probably like 0.5% of each faculty and probably only one student for each diploma course. conclusion, i have to be exceptionally well which being the practical me, its highly likely not gona be me. so, y risk the chance of being a stateless person. besides NTU only accepts like 200 to 250 students per year and only one from each poly for a particular course. so pple from JC will stand a higher chance to get into a local U. haha i make alot of sense. so, ive decided. i will work for a JC, and wad im aiming for is a place in NTU's mass com. according to the chinese proverb "use a long string to catch a big fish." at this point of time, im still buying more strings haha. i tend to worry, wad if i crash my A level, but sum1 told me, retake la. hu cares if u take A levels how many times, wad pple eventually see is ur good results, ur highest attaiment. hmm... make sense. i doesnt kill if i do my A levels one more year and if i can do well enuff to earn a place i want in a local U, its all worth while. im exchanging for a lifetime satisfaction =)) im happy.

sigh, roughly 20 hrs and 10 mins ago, i was updating my previous entry. oh man yilin wads wrong with you. arent u suppose to be studying chinese? for the pass 20 hrs and 10 mins, i din even touch any single chinese text, expect for my novel. oh man. 9 days. 9 days!!!! yilin get ur butt of the computer chair and start studying! haiz~ c, i shldnt have done well for chinese for my mid year exams. i can feel myself getting arrogent and snobbish. im too proud that i done so well for chinese. probably too confident that i can even get an A1 for chinese Os. wad the hell! yilin! stop dreaming lah! oh man. i must change my mentallity. so what if one blardy subject is good. the rest sux big time. oh man. im dissapointed. dissapointed at my maths and science results. pple can go on and on saying... "but u are one of the two that pass lit" so? big deal arh. its juz 51%. i passed by one mark. is that a very big thing? i dun think so. look at amaths, a F9. emaths. C5! omg, emaths was the most dissapointing paper, i tot i cud score well for that. maybe at least a B. but no. i scored a C5. and science. i failed. i blardy hell failed science. my chem seriously pulled my marks down down down. argh. pissed off. at myself. but i only have myself to blame. forget it. i can juz go and burn my mid year results. ok u shant c me bloggin for the next few days until chinese Os. i must abstain myself from the computer. i see the way others are pia-ing for chinese i oso scared oreadi. scared for myself. scared that i am not up to standard to compete for the A with the rest of the cohot. ok im getting really anxious. 9 days. i'll be counting down. i better go study at this ungodly hour. toodles.

its like 12.30 in the morning and i haven slept
ive been studying chinese ytd.
whao i did like 9 sch's chinese paper
everything except the last two section
too lazy to read the passage lah
haha, im finally more den halfway thru my chinese novel
have been stuck at it since wednesday
all traditional chinese characters
but it's easy to understand lah.
2 more novels to go! haha
im glad the long weekend is here
hmm... but as the days go by, chinese Os draw nearer.
sigh.
